I love Aspen Green's products, and have tried several of them to find the best ones for me. This Calm CBD oil indeed calms me, and even though it has some THC, I don't feel it (am sensitive to THC) - perhaps due to the CBD:THC ratio (50:1)? This makes it an ideal CBD product when more alertness is required - I can use this one when working. 50 mg is a nice dose. I average around 4 hours per night, I tried many different things for improvement… I run 4x a week and lift on opposite days… the first night taking cbd rest I slept longer, thought it was a hoax but I’ve had regular sleep every night since starting them!
