They don't cause sleepiness directly, but they sure do remove the mean inner noise that obstructs sleep. It may not be fair to judge these products based on the type of injury that I have. I fractured my hip about 30 days ago and have a plate and screws in place now. I’ve tried the cream and I just don’t feel like it’s doing a whole lot. However, the Gummies Have help some.
