I feel new again,waking up feeling the most alert and ready to tackle the day. It just takes one gummie, and when I wake up to use bathroom I often get back to resting after awhile. I suggest you suck on the gummie by placing along side of gum line before swallowing.

I've used the gummies several times an d been very satisfied with the reduction in some normal mood swings. They don't cause sleepiness directly, but they sure do remove the mean inner noise that obstructs sleep. Also, I liked the container -- the size and the latching mechanism would be very protective against a child opening it. Shipping took 12 from order to arrival.
