I had not received my product and was concerned, customer service took care of re sending my product, it was received this time. Great customer service! I have only used it about a week on my Dog Albert, he's a 10 year old Golden retriever with some issues that come with aging. I have seen an improvement in his stiffness and mobility. So far, I'm very happy with the results!
