The tension from a tough situation has thrown off my natural rhythm, leaving me wide awake at 3:30 a.m. Since getting this product, I’ve measured out a half-dropper dose for those early wake-ups. Gratefully, I can then settle back into rest for a couple more hours! All upsides, no downsides!

I have used the Rest formula for over a year and have found it helpful, especially when combined with regular CBD oil (I use Extra).
