I definitely would not say this is a cooling cream of sorts, but as far as everyday body cramps, as well as issues with joints and common discomforts are concerned, it works pretty well!

At a creaky, leaky age I took a jar camping for a week. I really like the non-greasy texture that rubs in easily. Helps a bit with discomfort. Whether it promotes any healing beyond that remains to be seen. Great product; a bit pricey.
