I love this!!! With back problems it gets hard in the morning to crawl out of bed. So before I even give getting up a try, I’ll rub some of this on my back. After about 10 minutes I can get up and get moving without a problem.

The 3% dilution rate works well for slight aches. Not effective for acute pain but takes the edge off.
