This is at least the third time I've purchased this blend. I LOVE it and I highly recommend combining it with the capsicum infused oil. I have Lupus and fibromyalgia. I tend to develop bursitis in various joints after stressing them. The alleviate/capsicum mix combined with a compression wrap has saved me more than a few times.
