I use frankincense daily to reduce inflammation in my body. I put a couple of drops on the back of my neck every morning and before going to bed. I love the smell and trust Barefut oils.

Love this frankincense! Seems a just a bit thicker and sweeter than the F. carterii. I use it in my "brain blends" in my diffuser and nasal inhaler. Much more clarity and alertness. Thank you, Barefut, you did it again!
