How would you rate Carbon Pet Training Pads - AutoPads?

Pads seem to be absorbent, but for some reason when my dogs “scratch” afterwards they can scratch these to pieces and not so any of the noncarbon pads. Customer service was wonderful and reimbursed me. Customer service rocks with this company and the regular pads are wonderful!
