dare motivational shake is wonderful. Started about 2 months ago and have lost a stone quite quickly. I like the taste and the consistency. Use it for breakfast and lunch, and have noticed a real difference.

dare is perfect for anyone with a busy lifestyle. I blend it with some banana and milk in the morning for breakfast and its really nutritious and keeps me full till lunch. Occasionally I would shake it in the shaker for a quick lunch. I feel healthier and look more toned in the mirror as Ive not been having any unhealthy snacks between meals.
