Great product! I started using dare when I was pregnant as I had quite terrible sickness. I still use it for breakfast now as love it, fills me up and helps me overcome the tiredness i get with the overnight waking to breastfeed

Well thought it was time to write a review of dare, I have been using it for over a month and have to say I'm loving it. I'm currently on 2 shakes a day I feel a lot better for it I have more energy and just feel a lot healthier all round and helping with managing my weight.
