as a nurse I start shifts early morning and always miss breakfast, I have been having the shake for 6 months on my way to work and it has been a life saver, keeps me going to lunch and has really helped with my diet... try it and you won't regret it

I just love dare. The taste, the texture, everything!! Keeps me full for a long time, at least 4-6 hours and so a healthy breakfast or lunch when too busy for a sit down meal

I can't fault the shake it passes the taste test and certainly filling and feels healthy. Just disappointed I didn't qualify for the free t-shirt, cheeky I know but they look amazing!
