I do computer science at Uni and very often I miss lunch, I end up eating a snickers bar or packet of crisp, a friend was using dare and decided to give it a go and now I have just placed my 4th Order, i've noticed the difference in my energy, focus and uni work. This stuff is great

i work in security and the majority of my work is nigh shifts, its easy to sit around and snack on crisps and biscuits all night, the shake is helping me avoid the unhealthy snacking
