As a PT recovering from an accident and trying to get my health back, a good protein is important to me. I really like this one 😊 I tried it for a change, sold on the high omega which seems to be missing from a lot of brands. I have tried many meal replacement shakes, Huel, Yfood, Bulk etc and this is by far my favourite in terms of taste, texture and just feels much more natural and well balanced. I just wish they could make a a Higher Protein version for anyone looking to bulk or maximise their protein intake.

This shake jaffa is so delicious. I have been having one every morning with oat milk. It is so creamy. This shake has been filing me up reduced my snacking and energy has improved. I will try the vanilla next. I may do the subscription. Thanks again.

Absolutely love Cocoa-Vanilla, I always feel full for longer, never tempted to snack! I have noticed a difference with my energy levels and find the protein really useful when making sweet treats :)

As an endometriosis sufferer this has been a god send for me, it allows me to get through the day when my fatigue hits hard, it gives me the energy to get some sort of exercise done. 🍊🍊 Absolutely love the Jaffa flavour; for me Dare offers the complete package, it’s got my daily dose vitamins in there. It’s absolutely packed goodness and the flavours is just divine. I’m going to order my peanut butter one next 😍🙌🏻 If your thinking about trying dare just go for it, you won’t be disappointed 🙌🏻
