I’m starting with small habits, like getting up and going to bed at a certain time, writing letters of gratitude to people, which makes me think about their good qualities and the things I admire about them. The Monk Manual is absolutely fantastic. Not only is it a great system, but the Monk Manual looks and feels great. I use fountain pens all the time and it is a joy to write in. Taking time to reflect on the day, week, and month with specific goals/tasks in mind, as well as creating good habits, was something that I was missing. I highly recommend the Monk Manual.

I just finished my first Monk Manual and moved over to my second (this purchase is my second). LOVE it! It is just what I needed to combine the sacred and the secular—to do lists with mindful development, thought-provoking prompts, etc. It really helps align and re-align me with what God is doing in me, around me, and through me.
