I live in Atlanta and have been using my Monk Manual for 3 weeks now. Making a big difference already. I consider myself a very productive, organized person but this has taken it to another level. The Monk Manual truly feels monastic in the way it invites you to an integrated and a reflective way of life. The reflection questions stand out to me. I’ve found them equally helpful in a busy day at home or in a peaceful day on retreat at a real-life monastery (pictured).

It’s unlike any other planning tool I’ve used before. The Monk Manual has helped me to become more productive and less perfectionistic. I think it has something to do with its focus on integration of the whole person.
