It’s unlike any other planning tool I’ve used before. The Monk Manual has helped me to become more productive and less perfectionistic. I think it has something to do with its focus on integration of the whole person.

The Monk Manual truly feels monastic in the way it invites you to an integrated and a reflective way of life. The reflection questions stand out to me. I’ve found them equally helpful in a busy day at home or in a peaceful day on retreat at a real-life monastery (pictured).

I live in Atlanta and have been using my Monk Manual for 3 weeks now. Making a big difference already. I consider myself a very productive, organized person but this has taken it to another level. I started using it to help me not feel behind when I wake up. Already feel more relaxed. (I'm a free-lance creative) #createyourowncontent

Only planner I have been able to use consistently. Now for over a year! And they make excellent gifts for thoughtful friends who are hard to shop for.

Love it! I’m so glad to have a « planner » that helps me focus on what’s important in life. Other planners have only helped me keep track of the way I spend my time, but the Monk Manual helps me to remember the joy and fulfillment in every day. I am not religious like a monk, but I sure feel closer to the good and the spiritual when I record my days and reflect on them in the Monk Manual.

So far, I love it! It has been really helpful and definitely forces me to think in some ways I don’t usually think (such as what I’m looking forward to in the week). One thing that I thought I would add if I could would be a section about something I’m *not* looking forward to that day/week, along with a couple questions like “what is your biggest fear regarding this?” and “How can you mentally or...
