The organization, depth and aesthetics of this planner/journal are unmatched. I now look forward to journaling everyday and I accomplish tasks at a greater rate than before. The Monk Manual helps bring structure to my day. I love the prompts for reflection. It is not overwhelming at all. I love the way it ties in my big picture to my daily activities and how I am spending my time. I highly recommend this, especially to anyone that is just entering their journey to becoming more mindful.

Being another company named after our beloved Sea Cow friends, we were so excited when we found your coffee. Well an awesome name was just the beginning. It was outstanding cup of joe and we'll be ordering more in the future. Not just to make our taste buds happy, but to help the manatees as well.

First found this coffee at Costco and loved it. I make batches of it as an expresso blend with little sugar and a tiny shot of creamer and refrigerate it. 100 times better than any of the pre-packaged refrigerated coffee / energy blends and I save about $40.00 a month! It's great hot, too.
