The Monk Manual truly feels monastic in the way it invites you to an integrated and a reflective way of life. The reflection questions stand out to me. I’ve found them equally helpful in a busy day at home or in a peaceful day on retreat at a real-life monastery (pictured).

It’s unlike any other planning tool I’ve used before. The Monk Manual has helped me to become more productive and less perfectionistic. I think it has something to do with its focus on integration of the whole person.

I am queen of buying planners and not using them. I absolutely love my Monk Manual though. It’s been a game changer for me, in the way I think about my day, week, month, and life!! Thank you! The best journaling planner ever!

I have been using the Meraki M skincare set for a couple of weeks now.
