First sink arrived with a massive chunk broken off of the wall. Second one was fine. To there credit, fossil blu was good and sent a replacement the next day (before I had even got the first one back dropped off with fedex) but it still was annoying and I had to reschedule a ton of stuff waiting on the replacement sink.

Product specs indicate 10" outside height. We had our cabinets made for undermount installation based on that info. Turns out that the sink is 10.5" high (or at least ours is). Our only quick option was to shim up our entire countertop to accommodate the sink. The specs do not give any indication such as "verify dimensions of actual unit" or the like.
