I’ve been using this shampoo for about a year now and it’s helped my hair to become thicker and grow longer. My hairdresser even commented on how my hair has changed (I also use Biotin). This shampoo has been a lifesaver for my hair which was getting worse as I got older.

I am currently on my second bottle. The first seemed to work really well and I notcied my hair thickness improve but the second bottle has only kept stabalised that and no new growth is coming in.

I didn't want to go down the route of fin and minoxidil and using those everyday for the rest of my life. But something that improves my overall health at the same time does make sense to me. I have taken this everyday for the past 3 months and my bald spot is gradually improving (looks less obvious.)

I have much less hair loss since I started using the Hairguard package 1.5 months ago, I could gradually stop Minoxidil that i have been taking for 6 years without huge post-hair loss. I will come back to update this review in couple of months time if something changes. Also the customer service is really good, Sarah was responsive and dealt quickly with my issue no question asked, very satisfied...
