With the 2 part headset its more comfortable and easier to fit and there's less pressing on the temples. It's just way more comfortable. And, more importantly, the growbox is a game changer. Dermarolling does work, at least for me, and based on the studies it should work for most people. I decided to use the dermaroller alongside biogaine, since minox made my scalp very itchy. So far I'm very happy to see some baby hairs growing through on the hairline where I have been focusing.

I was searching for a derma roller for my hairline, and this one has been doing a great job. Its needle design is a big plus compared to rollers with spokes. The usage instructions are straightforward, making it easy to follow. Be sure to sanitize it with isopropyl alcohol both before and after each use!
