I use this on my scalp and beard, and I've definitely noticed my beard has gotten thicker over the last couple of months. I haven't noticed that much yet on my scalp but I think that will take longer. At least it shows it does work to some extent.

It took me some getting used to since it doesn't foam whatsoever, which is quite strange. And it doesn't clean your hair as much as a normal shampoo. But now I really like using it. I make sure to massage it into my scalp and leave it for as long as possible which I shower.
