I’ve been using this hairguard dermaroller for about a month now. It arrived quickly and was well-packaged. The needles are sharp, and yes they are definitely needle as opposed to stamped metal. It was a bit uncomfortable at first, especially on sensitive areas, but it’s manageable. I’m not seeing huge results yet, but it has only been a month. A great tool for boosting scalp blood flow. My advice is to use it gently and avoid going over the same spot more than three times. Really solid product!
