I use the 1mm dermaroller with an IGF 1 growth factor which is a powerful amino acid which helps activate the follicle. That's what's given me the best results.

I used to just use biogaine and whilst it was good you really notice a difference if you use this dermaroller beforehand. you can feel the serum getting into the skin. It kinda tingles and I love that feeling now!

My hair was thinning, but after just 2 months of using this shampoo I've noticed significant regrowth in the thinning areas and overall improvement. I plan to keep using it for another few months to really see how well it works, but so far, I’m really impressed and love this product.

Very helpful to improve the penetration of the topical. Some people use minox, but I am using the hairguard topical and it works well with the roller (minimum stinging and itching).
