One thing I'd say for this review is get a shower filter also. You can have the best shampoo in the world, but if you're using water that's fully of chlorie and fluride then that's going to damage the hair and irritate the scalp more than anything. I went through the hairguard course and added in a shower filter as well as changing to this shampoo and the results have been great. MUCH MUCH less sh...

I’ve been using his for around a month now, and a bit goes a long way! My hair feels thicker, and I’m pretty sure it looks thicker too! I’ve been feeling some of my confidence back for a while now, so hopefully it’ll keep going. With the supliment that I bought, I think my patchy hair might start to look a bit thicker!

for people wondering, no this isn't a miracle. But it does help with overall scalp health. Like Will says on the youtube channel, your hair is never going to be healthy if the scalp tissue it lives in isn't healthy either. I think this is the best way to ensure your scalp is not inflamed from other shampoos and product so it's well worth it in my opinion.
