One thing I'd say for this review is get a shower filter also. You can have the best shampoo in the world, but if you're using water that's fully of chlorie and fluride then that's going to damage the hair and irritate the scalp more than anything. I’ve been using his for around a month now, and a bit goes a long way! My hair feels thicker, and I’m pretty sure it looks thicker too! I’ve been feeling some of my confidence back for a while now, so hopefully it’ll keep going. With the supliment that I bought, I think my patchy hair might start to look a bit thicker!

for people wondering, no this isn't a miracle. But it does help with overall scalp health. Like Will says on the youtube channel, your hair is never going to be healthy if the scalp tissue it lives in isn't healthy either. I think this is the best way to ensure your scalp is not inflamed from other shampoos and product so it's well worth it in my opinion.

Soothes the scalp, whereas before I had dandruff this liquid has reduced the amount of dandruff, which is a good sign. I dont know if that's because it helps with the pH of the scalp or what? As for new growth, it has worked best on the crown area, not so much on the other parts, but it's still early. I have been using the growband as well.
