My scalp felt much better once I started taking this. I dont know if that is part of the regrowth process but it was noticable for sure. Then a few weeks later it appeared my hair was slightly stronger.

Im on my second bottle now and the results are encouraging. I don't just take the supplement so I can't be totally sure the changes are due to this alone, however I will continue to use it because I believe it has helped. Oddly enough the colour of my hair has changed since I started taking it. Or to be more specific, the saturation and gloss has increased, which is great. Theres been some new growth as well which is very exciting.

honestly i'm not sure if it makes much of a difference. I don't pay close enough attention, so maybe it does. I lean extremely far forward when rinsing it out just in case it does.
