Dermarolling can help but only when done reguarly, and even better if done with a good topical as well. Frankly the hairguard roller is just like any 1mm dermaroller but it works well for the purpose.

Taking this supp along with making some diet changes and have seen more hair improving in health, could also be a seasonal thing, or some other factor. You can never be 100% sure, right? But I'd say now it think it can't hurt.
