At the end of the day this is only a supplement. It can only help a small amount. If you want to see a big difference you need to get to the root cause of the trouble in the first place, which in my opinion is imbalance in the health of the body leading to inflammation. With that said I do like this product.

I used the Scalp Elixir before and found the smell a bit off putting. The new Biogaine formula is much better. It's not so greasy and the smell is more pleasant.

It really helps, but you should use a dermaroller once per week in addition. To start with (first 5 weeks) there was nothing. Then I started microneedling and now after 3 months my hair is much thicker.

I was using Nioxin before, but my scalp never really liked it. Also felt inflamed after using it and actually made dandruff worse. This caffeiene shampoo was the opposite, my scalp felt great after I used it and it didn't leave the hairs limp and over-cleaned. You don't even need to use much of it, so the bottle lasts for ages. No need to wash everyday.

Hair loss runs in my family so I decided to try catch it reasonably early and buy this product. I am happy with the progress so far since my hair loss has basically stopped and am already seeing some regrowth around my temples and crown.

I've been using these for about 6 months now and seeing some new hairs that are a bit thicker. It's not a massive amount by any means. It's still early days. I am hopeful that these and some diet/lifestlye changes Im making I'll be able to get back the hair I had 3 years ago.
