Game changer!!!! Putting this tincture in my mid day smoothie has literally changed the way the I process the energies of the outside world. Events or thoughts that used to cause tension and anxiety now have much less of a "sting" and I am able to keep the sovereignty of my energy without being tugged into rumination. This product made a noticeable difference in my general sense of calm during the day and ability to sleep deeply at night. As a more sensitive person, I was feeling too much of what was going on in the world and knew my body needed support. This is just what I needed to feel more like myself again!
