I'll say it loud and clear. I switched to hideipvpn because of its tech-support. I do think that they are not as fully covering, content-wise, _yet_, on the SmartDNS front as some competitors, but... the responsiveness and the availability of its tech-support and the ultra-quick turnarounds of its engineering team gives me all the confidence in the world that they will get there soon. Works well and easy to set up once you know how! Not being a technophobe it wasn't clear to me whether I wanted just the one server to link to or which of the two protocols I needed. If the instructions were easier I would have given a 5 rating. But, the response from the customer service team was extremely fast so initial problems were handled quickly and efficiently.
