The service works beautifully. It does what I need it to do, without sacrificing too much internet speed. I had previously tried NordVPN, but I was never able to get the speed above dial-up, even with their assistance. I wish I had known about HideIPVPN from the start. It's a service definitely worth paying for, tech support is responsive and effective, and it's been very reliable.
