Great oil ! I’d suggest it for everyone tbh I use it, Unfortunately this packaging is horrible. I contacted customer service via email as not only is the box break but so did the bag inside and i Lost a lot of the oil transferring it to a jug. The reason from the email wasn’t really appropriate to me considering I spent more than 2500 dollars in supplement with them. Because I estimated I lost 1/4 of the oil I was given a coupon code for 1/4 of the price and told packaging doesn’t always work for everyone. I love this company and have had excellent customer service and products until now. $16.75 cents in the form of a coupon code after I just spent almost 300 dollars last night. This makes me sad and I may have to re think purchasing oil from mad barn again

You said you were sending a free Fanny pack.. and then simply didn’t… which seemed odd. So I can’t review a product you never sent me… what can you do better? Either not say you’re sending anything at all? Or send the item you say you’re going to send, if willing to give out free items with large purchases.. that would be my advice

I was told to buy this because my horse didn’t like a different zinc supplement. Jokes on me he also refuses to eat anything that this touches. Unsure if product works since he won’t even eat it and I tried everything.

I realized after I ordered this that I wanted magnesium citrate. Magnesium oxide has poor absorption. I didn’t use it. I would have returned it if I realized before I opened the bag.

Just received the bucket and pump yesterday after installing the pump and after the first pump the pump broke. Every pump after that there is oil everywhere

It’s not really fair to give this product one star because the product is probably great, but my horses will not touch it. I have for Horses and none of them would drink this! They all had free choice between their plain water and buckets of this, and they didn’t touch it even in this in incredibly high heat and humidity. I was very surprised.I had ordered gobs of it and I guess I will donate it or something. I don’t know what to do with it all. I would ask if I could return it but it’s in these huge containers and I think my shipping would be exorbitant.I do love all of the other products I use from you! And I love what you do so thank you so much for that!

I didn’t notice any change in my mare, sadly. I went back to Ulcerguard.

I didn't need a fanny pack and while I appreciate the idea of a free gift, this is just more stuff I will need to dispose of somehow. I would much prefer a discount or a small sample size of another product of my choice.
