Would have been 5 stars based on the support Melissa has provided from your shop. However, the software app is pretty cumbersome and not user-friendly at all. I realize there are a whole lot of horse feed product choices and this app attempts to capture all varieties of them. But to small operation horse people looking to keep things as simple as possible, this is not the answer. Thankfully Melissa was able to guide us through the process and helped us better understand our horses' needs via a couple of telephone conversations. She has also remained available for support should questions arise as we get further down the road. We are currently (last six months) feeding multiple Mad Barn products and they seem to be performing well (i.e., Chasteberry, Spirulina, W-3 oil, MagneChrome an...

The info was very helpful! I started him on the omneity pellets and had blood work done a few months later, all his levels were good! I have since started him on the omnichorme as recommeded by my vet.

I was very pleased with mad barn customer service, and the recommendations that I was given unfortunately there was nothing I could do to get my horse to eat the product that I purchased. It's. The Visceral could not even be disguised in applesauce. So whether the product works or not I cannot give feedback.

Yes I really appreciated having someone to actually talk to, I liked that, although I have not seen an improvement yet, I do realize it does take time for things to start working, so I'm trying to be patient. Thank you
