I really like the oil I purchased but the pump you sell to work with your 20L bucket is horribly made. I leaks and distributes varying amounts of liquid per pump and falls apart very easily which is very disappointing in the first place that I have to buy a pump after what the 20L bucket of oil costs it really should come with it. But it adds insult to injury when I have to purchase a pump for the oil and is as a poor a quality as provided!

This is the second time the Optimum order I received has a very high percentage of crumbled pellets. This photo was taken upon the first opening of the container. This is a fairly expensive product to have so much broken down as not consumable by the horse, therefore wasted. Please address a solution for this. Thank you.

She did not like them at all. We mixed them in with her regular feed and she refused all if it. I tasted them and they were very salty

Product not making any difference in my horse. May be a good product for some but not for mine. I have a bag and half that I cannot use

I have called this in already, but the pellets are large and dry. My horse ate them at first, was choking early the next morning when I went out to him. Now, he is very reluctant to eat even a handful mixed in with feed he likes. He has never had choke before. Your directions need to suggest soaking the amino trace pellets.

My horse will not eat it. I have tried everything, mixed in feed, treats, mash, etc., nothing works
