My picky mare would not eat it. I tried very small portions and she won’t eat it Had to go with another brand.

I am disappointed that the product is different from one bag to another. The previous order, my horses had difficulty accepting the new bag. They receive the product daily. This order, the product is very powdery. Once again, my horses don't like it! Disappointing lack of consistency.

When I inquired about the increase in price of Spirulina from the first purchase I made in early 2023 to the second one I made in March/April, an increase of 30%, the person who assisted me by phone was unable to explain the increase and I asked her to escalate the concern to a higher level. Put the price back to where it was. I know you haven't raised prices in awhile, but honestly you were still making money. Horse owners are trying to do their best for their horses. If you have ever had a horse with cushings and or laminitis you know how expensive their treatment can be. Your company used to be the reliable inexpensive help, not anymore. Price was raised by 25%, more than the cost of living increase in 7 years.

Love the concept but it is causing watery gas 🤨 I have been cautiously increasing the amount given daily and after 5 weeks have only been able to get half of the recommended amount fed

Probabably going to research other sources due to recent repeated price hikes and no availability of bulk pricing
