I just ordered my first month's supply of Mad Barn products today and feel it necessary to leave a testimonial already about the AMAZING customer service. I emailed back and forth a few times and then had an hour long phone chat with Elissa this morning. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. We discussed the needs of all 11 of my horses individually and reviewed the dosage for each product I ordered. I'll be starting my entire herd on Omneity pellets as soon as my order arrives.
