I love the product. But I dislike the container. I pour mine into a jug with a pump that measures 30ml per pump. Much easier. My horses and dogs do love this oil and do well on it!

Too early to tell if it is helping with my gelding's "click" in his ligaments, but otherwise overall great product to offer, as we all need omegas for whole body function.

The box is my least favorite part of this product.

I love Madbarn’s W3 oil so when I was reordering I decided to get the large 20L bucket. I missed that you have to add the pump when ordering so was confused when there didn’t seem to be one in the box. I contacted customer service and they were able to show me how to order one. I would give the oil 5 stars but removed one since the pump wasn’t included and because it tends to drip oil after each use. If there was a tap/nozzle similar to the boxes I think that might work better.

your auto alerts are before 8am on weekends which was disturbing, also like all your customers getting frustrated with the amount of wastage because of these bags - not efficient. Look forward to you figuring it out.

Delivery was faster than I expected and support from staff was unbelievable. Un fortunately, the horse I bought for refused to take it even when mixed with Stock feed #13 which contains molasses with he normally loves.Now trying to mix it with Del Monte apple compote, seems to work so far but getting expensive.
