My vet recommended an Omega 3 oil for one of our ponies with heaves and itchy skin. I feed Omneity to all my ponies, and I'm super happy about that product, so I ordered your Omega3 oil, too. The product arrived within 3 days of ordering and I started the pony on a small amount to get him used to the new smell/taste, and increased to 100ml per day. He loves it. Now I'm feeding it to all 4 ponies, and they all love it, too. I put the bag into a 5L feed bucket and pour into a measuring cup. The bucket works okay, but something a bit taller and shaped like the bag would work better. If you're looking for a way to improve the packaging I have a suggestion: with the first order you could offer a plastic container with a handle where the bag fits in snugly, same principle as the jug for milk bag...

My horse has had a sensitive stomach since I bought him two years ago. Peanut has had a history of having poor hoof condition since I purchased him as a 4 year old, 5 years ago. This horse has been on a strict 5-6 week trimming schedule (at one point it was every 3-4) weeks to try and combat the continuous flaring and cracking. Have only recently started feeding this to my horse so cannot comment about any noticeable improvement. I was disappointed in the statement of 1 scoop being 100 grams when in reality the scoop was only 70 grams, which increases the cost/serving and decreases the number of days a bag will last. I contacted Mad Barn about this and was initially told that a scoop should be 100g, then when I provided info on my end that the scoop only held 70g, I was told there was always going to be a margin of error with scoops due to the nature of scoops/density of the pellet. I had switched from Omneity to Omneity-P for convenience and didn't mind the slight increase in cost when calculated at 100g/scoop but will definitely be switching back.
