If the description of this product matches your goals then I recommend it, but consider repackaging it once you have received it. I noticed an improvement in the coats of my two horses but it was difficult to get them to eat it. I had to add other enticing elements to get them to eat their soaked grain with this in it. The packaging is a tall resealable bag where the product settles to the bottom causing you to have to reach in and get your hands/clothes covered in the product. It doesn't brush off easily, I have to wash it off. I put mine into a shallow, wide-mouthed container and kept the scoop outside of it to reduce the amount of messy transfer.
