My horse Bear’s Chill is your typical “hard keeper”. Being an event horse, he worked extremely hard (5-6 days a week). Despite trying many types of grains and supplements, Bear would not keep weight and never seemed to develop a top line. I quickly became discouraged and felt like giving up. I strongly believe that proper nutrition is the most important factor when it comes to a horse performing their best. Last year I decided to make some changes when it came to my horses diet, which lead to some miraculous changes in his health and performance. I began a high forage and low grain diet. With minimal grain, and free choice high quality hay my horses health improved tremendously. However, this transformation would have not been possible without my favourite supplement/vitamin: Omneity by M...

Just a little #madbarn appreciation post! Pulled juniors blanket off for the first time in a couple weeks, to give him a little TLC while he’s on winter vacation and I sure was not disappointed !!! This horse is a HARD keeper at the best of times, and thanks to mad barns W3 oil, he has NEVER looked better!!! Especially in NOVEMBER! He’s usually a woolly mammoth by now!!! 😍 and my old man Poncho is looking better than ever at 20+ years old (nobody even knows 😂) Poncho has had the last year off, and prior to that very light work as a weekly pony horse at the track, poncho was pulled out of a field less than a month ago and started on just 30ML a DAY of W3 oil and the little yellow pill. All I can say is I’m just shocked at how amazing he looks! Believe it or not, he is back to light work, ...

Good afternoon, I just wanted to share with you my experience with your product. In the spring I purchased a very well bred lovely paint mare. Being a show horse she has been campaigned and hauled. Two weeks after brining her home we noticed that she was uncomfortable and her stomach was all tight. I believe she had been on a supplement at the show barn I bought her from and the added stress of a new strange environment had her upset. We suspected [redacted] as is common with show horses. I went to my local tack store and asked what they suggested. Your visceral + product was the choice. It was one of the most expensive products on the shelf but if it worked and made Tilly comfortable that was fine. Within 2 days there was a drastic improvement of my mares condition. I could tell if her ...

For those of you Thoroughbred lovers, you might remember Grand Arch (earner of $2 million in his racing career). I’ve had the honour of helping with his nutrition with his amazing human partner Sarah MacHarg of Passport Sport Horses in Kentucky. He was Reserve Champion tonight of the War Horse Division at the Kentucky Horse Park. I’ll be there to cheer him on at RRP next month! Grand Arch uses Visceral, Omneity and our W3 oil (also known as liquid gold) #madbarn #crazygoodnutrition. Congratulations on an amazing job and good luck on the road ahead.

She did 80 km in a humidex of 44C earlier today. She finished with all A’s and +’s meaning she was in perfect metabolic and muscular condition. Keeping her well hydrated was essential and we depended on Mad Barn electrolytes to replace lost salts during sweating and to encourage drinking! Mariah has excelled since we switched to mad barn products.

Mad Barn is a great quality product! From Supplements to Visceral , Mad Barn has been a big help with my Mare's pssm type 2 diagnosis. Scott has been great for advice, from feeding protein to getting a lower % of NSC in my hay. I had to soak my hay to lower the NSC for my mare. Scott had recommended trying to cut my hay as soon as the dew came off of it; to help lower its NSC. I did as he suggested and just received my analysis. NSC is 10.89% this year :D Thank you Scott!!!!!! Now, I do not have to soak hay all year. I highly recommend Mad Barn. Not only for its quality product, but for the people behind the product. They really truly care about their clients and their horses. The horses come first and for me that makes all of the difference.

I ordered the Optimum Digestive Health – Pellets yesterday morning around 9am, and I am just so amazed at how quickly the supplements come. Already received from Canpar just now!! I have a terrible memory for supplements, so when they arrive so quickly, my horses never fall off their schedule, it’s truly awesome. Really amazing how quickly you can order and receive the package from Mad Barn. I do buy the 2.5kg bag, the only down fall is the packaging, I find it really hard to get a full scoop out of the bag because of the way the sides are enclosed. Other than that, I absolutely love supporting this company.

I've had my horses on this for about 3 months now. On a recent trail ride with friends, someone asked how I managed to get my horse so shiney! I told them all I had done was to add this to his diet. They wanted the info, so i gave it to them. The heard definitely is shining with this added, along with the jaigulan supplement, too!

Me: I love that this product is available in pellets making it considerably easier to feed for my horse since she does not like powder. I have been using another product since I got her that was powder and although it worked great I was annoyed with trying to get her to eat all the powder. Raven: she realized she really liked this product about a week into feeding. I have noticed that she had started actually licking her bowl clean. Now she stops eating her alfalfa, which is amazing in itself, to eat her “bucket”!! I have not noticed a reduced amount of swelling in her stomach area, but I noticed she absolutely loves her bucket now. I will go through one more Visceral before switching to the slightly less expensive version.

I was having a hard time putting weight on our Standardbred gelding, so I tried switching to Omenity-P from my longtime standard - ABC's Fortified. After he was on Omenity-P for 6 weeks, he looked good enough for me to change all our horses to Omenity-P. I'm hoping to eventually be able to reduce or eliminate some of their other supplements.
