Many owners said it helped their horse with Fecal water syndrome (FWS), also known as free fecal water (FFW) or free fecal liquid (FFL), is a condition in horses where they pass normal, solid feces, but also expel liquid feces (water) either before, during, or after the solid feces. My white Arab mare has had this for years. Her tail was blackened and her bum was always covered in fecal matter. I tried many things but without success until I purchased optimum which cleared it up. She is so much more comfortable in herself now, no more sore bum and gross shitty tail.
