Instead of getting a bucket every time would it be much better after the first order to send less packaging such as in a bag so that the buckets can be reused

WONDERFUL service! Staff is always prompt, helpful, and polite. Phosphorus is easily mixed with damp feed and palatable for our horses. Wish the bags actually came in the 5kg option to reduce packaging waste.

Pellets are easy to feed and can already see improvement in hoof quality. Flavour wise they are not very palatable, have to mix with another feed in order for them to eat it.

Hello, The orders have shipped well. No delays or problems - Thank you!!! There have been some issues with the Amino-trace itself with consistency. Historically my consistently horse liked it, but in recent months he has refused it from 'some' (but not all) of the containers. I contacted the office about the product consistency. At first my one mare wouldn’t touch it, now they are happily gobbling it up with their feed. Love the package, keeps it dry and organized with my other feed.
