When I ordered the same product 2 months ago, the shipping was at my house. Now, I need to pick up the product to Canada Post. I prefer when the product is ship to my door.

Do for the most if my Schoolmaster horses. But some don't like the powder. So I pass to the pelets.One of my horse experience dihariah with the premix powder.

You can’t beat the price of the product, but unfortunately my horse did not like the texture (it’s more of a granular texture than a powder). It did not stick to the grain like I was expecting and was easily sifted to the bottom - so it was quite difficult to get my horse to eat it rather than just leave a pile in the bottom of his bucket. The less picky eaters in the barn tend to eat it up okay.

My shipping experience was horrible. It was delivered to an address 15 minutes away from me and to a business that signed for and accepted my product, then refused to give it to me when I showed them proof that they had my delivery. It was stressful and frustrating tracking down where my delivery was, who had it, and how to get it back. Then I find that this and another local business actually sell it cheaper than Mad Barn does online! I will definitely be buying in stores rather than online from now on.

Always on time, customer service is happy to make adjustments with delivery schedule.
