I struggled for months trying to get weight on my mini mare after she had ulcers. Even with lots of hay and feed nothing was making a difference. She had been on camelina oil for several months, but it wasn't making a difference. I already used other madbarn products, so I decided to give the w-3 oil a try. I started noticing a few things in the first month she seemed more happier to eat, and looked like she was so 'sunken' around the hips. But with it being winter and having a wooly miniature it's so hard to tell if they're gaining weight. After doing a quick body clipping a few days ago, I couldn't believe what I saw.
