This is the second one that I have gotten recently where it is very challenging to open and I sliced my finger. I know now I have to use pliers to open since the tab breaks. I honestly can not say whether Visceral + works or not. My horse was on the product for two months as suggested, but had to be put down due to complications of [redacted] and unresolved diarrhea. This caused him to go into renal failure. This is about as accurate as I can get on the product itself.
