Overall very pleased with the service and effect of using this product. Only 4 stars because my horse doesn't always love it. He will usually eat it eventually.

Everything I was looking for, for my IR prone easy keeper. He eats it without hesitation. My only complaint is there is an awful lot of powder in the bag when im paying for a pelleted supplement.

I have had to call to get my subscription in order almost every time it comes time to get it. I have not been able to just manage it by going to your website. Sometimes I need to have it sent sooner or sometimes later. This may no longer be an issue though as I think that I finally got the # of days worked out so that it comes when I need it.
