Super easy product to use. Just twist the cap top to loosen and use brush to paint thin layer on all teeth. Wait 30 seconds and continue your day. Seeing a bigger difference in my teeth on the sides that aren’t used as much.

I definitely used it a ton. Just irritating you have to keep them refrigerated.. I noticed the one I didn’t - did not work as well
