The after picture was taken after only 3 times! I did 15 minutes 3 times in one week and my results were great! Only my one tooth was sensitive but It only lasted about an hour. I think it would be different for everyone though. The only down fall is the trays. Super hard, at least it was for me, to get them to mold to my teeth. I have a clear top retainer so I am able to use that for the top teet...

Whitening treatment may be sensitive to some gums. This product hurt my gums but my friend tried it and the whitening treatment worked and didn?t bother her at all.

Surprisingly great results for an at home kit. I?ve tried other strips that left my teeth sensitive for a few days but this one did not! My only complaint and the reason I gave it 4/5 stars is because I wish the mouth piece was more flexible as it didn?t fit properly. I guess I have a wider set of teeth than average?
